Question: Do you know of any non-biased scientific studies?

All the studies I have found have been funded by the drug companies themselves, and they are notorious for throwing out studies that they don't like the results of (Just ask the New England Journal of Medicine). For all the studies, there's only a minimal (5-10%) difference between the placebo and the actual drug for effectiveness.
Where can I get some real information? Is it even available to the public?
