How should this medicine be used?

Furosemide comes as a tablet and liquid to take by mouth. It usually is taken once a day in the morning or twice a day in the morning and afternoon. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand. Take furosemide exactly as directed. Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.

Furosemide controls high blood pressure but does not cure it. Continue to take furosemide even if you feel well. Do not stop taking furosemide without talking to your doctor.

I have been taking Amlodipine 10 mg now for 3 months now, with this I also take Apo-Furosemide 40 mg, Diovan 160 mg and 600 mg APO-K. I always have terrible chills in the late afternoon, until twelve hours later when I take my next medication (Not including Amlodipine which I take only once a day) The Question is: What can I do about these terrible chills? and what causes this? Please help!

I have used 3 different kinds of di-uretics since starting to take Diovan_ -HCTZ -Furosemide -Amiloride In while y was tanking these medication joint pains came in abundance in the right side of neck, hipjoints, lower back and legs. When I quit these medication the pain goes lowwer to about ten percent of what it was. Some Doctors say it can't be possible but unsually say that is possible. I know it is so since it happens to me.
