I've been taking 450mg of Doxepin for several months now for depression/anxiety and my doctor has decided that it's not really doing anything for me except helping me sleep at night, besides despite such a large dose, I'm not retaining enough in my blood steam. Hense, I've been instructed to reduce my dose by 75mg every 2 days, once I'm down to 0mg he wamts to introduce Venlafaxeen after 4 days. I'm down to 300mg and I'm noticing a drop in mood and am feeling quite depressed and unmotivated. Will this get worse? I'm afraid, please help!
