Hi, I can understand that you have just started to take sulfasalazine. I am taking the medicine for past 8 months for the problem of my low back pain. As the doctor told, it took a month for me to realize the effect of the medication. Initially for first 6 months i had to take few general multivits and folic along with the main medication. but now i have stopped taking all those and i am consuming 2 sulfasalazine capsules one in morning and one in night. Though i am not totally revealed from the problem, i am much better than what i was before. So, nothing to worry. let me know on what you are suffering so that i can know your problem better.Because sulfasalazine is adviced for many problems which are not exactly RA but related in someway or the other.
