Male and estradiol
Very little, and it'll be out of his system within a few weeks. Unless he no longer has his gonads, the testosterone produced by them will by far exceed the estrogens, and thus there will be absolutely no difference, except for a slightly higher risk of blood clotting while he was on them. By now, assuming he's stopped on August 3 or earlier, it's totally out of his system.
Males also have estrogens, some with higher concentrations than others. But the testosterone really lords over it and prevents it from doing anything unwanted unless a person uses what's called an anti-androgen, or testosterone blocker, such as spironolactone.
And 2 weeks really isn't enough for anything at all even if he used both, it takes over a year for anything permanent at that age. So don't worry.
Though I must say I'm curious as to how this came to be.

Clindamycin - Vaginal Cream
Has anyone had to take this for bacterial vaginosis? If so, what were he side effects from taking it? I believe the skin between my butt and upper thighs, right below my vaginal entry is irritated. I really have to get a good look at it to be sure but I know it feels that way. I've also been getting a discharge, which I expect but sometimes it's mixed with brownish red. Is this something I should let my doctor know about? I've already had to switch from Flagyl because it made me sickenly nauseated.

Clindamycin - Vaginal Cream
I USED CLYNDESE (I THINK THATS HOW IT IS SPELLED)THIS IS THE SAME AS CLYNDAMICIN. IT IS A SINGLE DOSE OF VAGINAL CREAM AND IT GAVE ME A YEAST INFECTION, WHICH CAUSED THE INFLAMATION THAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. NOW I AM USING FLUCONAZOLE ( I PILL 150 mg) AND I HAVE YET TO FEEL ANY RELIEF. THIS IS HORRIBLE!

Metronidazole (Baterial Vaginosis)
I also took metronidazole in the form of a vaginal gel for a yeast infection. Two days after starting the medication, I also broke out in a severe rash. The rash is still spreading after 12 days, despite treatment with methylprednisolone (7 days)and diphenhydramine. This treatment arrested the rash, but it began spreading again as soon as the treatment stopped.
How do I get rid of the rash?
