How should this medicine be used?

Diclofenac comes as a tablet (Cataflam), a delayed-release tablet (Voltaren), and an extended-release (long-acting) tablet (Voltaren-XR) to take by mouth. The regular and delayed-release tablets are usually taken two to four times a day. The extended-release tablet is usually taken once or twice a day. To help you remember to take diclofenac, take it around the same time every day. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand. Take diclofenac exactly as directed. Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.

only diclofenac generic ..and so much cheaper !!
My doctor only prescribes me generic when available !! I got diclofenac generic several times and got same efficacy than with previous brand. [Smile]
Why are they still doctors prescribing brands which are 2 or 3 times more expensive for same product, same quality, same efficacy? [Confused]

With the saved money, health insurance could support more poor people !! [Roll Eyes]

Anybody has diclofenac generic in his country?

Stéphane

Side EFX of diclofenac
Has anyone used discofenac Sodium Ec (Voltarol)and suffered diarrhea.

I used to be on the Atkins diet and came off it around the same time I started using Voltarol for Heal Spur.

I put the diarrhea down to a change of diet, now ten months later I have to be really careful what I eat.

Anyone else used this product with similar side effects ? And can anyone recommend a sustitute.

Without these tablets my feet are really painful.

I am seeing my Doctor in a couple of weeks but I would appreciate some info before then.

Thanks, Steve

Production of Trazadone
See answer above. That is how I arrived at this board. But I don't get it. This might not be the manufacturer? Perhaps we need to research Pharmaceutical World or trazodone + .com.
Trazodone is the generic name for desyrel.
I think the drug is so old that whoever manufactured desyrel doesn't anymore as I did enter desyrel + .com and came up with nothing using MSN search. Hmm......

But do check out this cool link which I found here (!) too regarding all generic drugs:
