Ugh don't tell me more exercise.

I guess a little more wouldn't hurt me...a little, hey I dont exercise at all.

I had forgotten it did make me hungry. Good reason for me to get in shape - and with the hunger factor it should help with the Valium withdrawls I'm going to endure...

Anabel, My wife (Rebecca) and I are having a baby, due sometime in December, the doctors haven't made their minds up as yet, there has been quite a few complications. A contributing factor has been Bec's mytral Valve relapse, for which she has recently been prescribed metoprolol. We are somewhat concerned about any affects that may be transfered to the baby through the placenta and again during breast-feeding... Information on metoprolol is very limited at present. do you have any sources you may be able to pass on. Thanks
