What should I do if I forget a dose?

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

Estrace questions
Here's my situation:

I'm a 17 year old transgender female who is currently 5 days on Estrace (4mg daily) for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). I am also on Spironolactone (200mg daily) for an anti-androgen.

I'd like to know of any substances I should avoid that might decrease the effectiveness of the said drugs, especially information regarding the actual effects of alcohol and caffeine.

Alcohol is bad for obvious reasons, since this hormone regimen is an awful stress on my liver, but does it actually alter in any way the effectiveness of the drug? I have also heard rumors that caffeine can slow the effects of it, but the only evidence I have found states that caffeine actually RAISES ones estrogen levels substantially (500mg caffeine daily, or about 5 cups, yields 70% higher estrogen levels in the average person, regardless of gender.)

I've also searched for any form of base website on Estrace, but have turned up empty-handed. Do they have a website that describes what to do and what to avoid once on a regimen?

Production of Trazadone
See answer above. That is how I arrived at this board. But I don't get it. This might not be the manufacturer? Perhaps we need to research Pharmaceutical World or trazodone + .com.
Trazodone is the generic name for desyrel.
I think the drug is so old that whoever manufactured desyrel doesn't anymore as I did enter desyrel + .com and came up with nothing using MSN search. Hmm......

But do check out this cool link which I found here (!) too regarding all generic drugs:
